Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of damaged properties.

Requirements:
For Public Adjusters:
Proven experience as a Public Adjuster with a successful track record.
In-depth knowledge of insurance policies, claims processes, and industry standards.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
For Public Adjuster Apprentices:
Motivated and eager to learn about the public adjusting industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to undergo training and mentorship.
Basic understanding of insurance concepts is a plus.
