David Dwyer is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of
Experienced Public Adjusters, LLC,
a Florida-based public adjusting firm dedicated to representing policyholders in residential and commercial insurance claims.

David founded Experienced Public Adjusters with a single objective: to ensure Florida homeowners and business owners fully understand their rights after suffering a property loss. He brings a disciplined, analytical approach to claim handling, combining financial expertise, negotiation strategy, and policy analysis to pursue accurate claim valuation and fair settlements.

Before founding Experienced Public Adjusters, David gained professional experience as a
Florida Public Adjuster with Tutwiler & Associates, a firm serving Florida policyholders since 1984.

David earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and completed an
Executive MBA at the
State University of New York at Oswego.
He later completed advanced executive and negotiation training through:

David began his professional career in financial services, working as a Financial Advisor with
Edward Jones and later Morgan Stanley Dean Witter in New York City.
He subsequently held executive leadership roles in national organizations, including serving as a District and Regional Manager at
Ricoh Corporation, where he oversaw more than $15 million in annual revenue.

This background provides David with a strong foundation in contract interpretation, financial analysis, risk evaluation, and structured negotiation—skills that directly translate to complex insurance claim representation.

David specializes in:
