Adjusting Team & Staff
Experienced Public Adjusters is a Florida-licensed public adjusting firm representing policyholders, not insurance companies. Property claims handled
For Florida policyholders
We do not work for insurers
Licensed Florida Public Adjusters
Property insurance claims are won or lost on documentation. Our team reviews the policy, inspects the damage, identifies missing repair scope, organizes photos and reports, reviews carrier estimates, and helps present the claim properly before the insurance company controls the repair method, pricing, and valuation.
We help with water damage claims, roof damage claims, fire and smoke damage claims, hurricane damage claims, mold damage claims, commercial insurance claims, and luxury property insurance claims.

Learn more about our local claim help for a public adjuster in Orlando, public adjuster in Naples, public adjuster in Tampa, or public adjuster in Daytona Beach.
For high-value and coastal property claims in Naples, our team also serves Port Royal, Aqualane Shores, Old Naples, The Moorings, Park Shore, Coquina Sands, Pelican Bay, Pine Ridge, and Logan Woods.
For Central Florida, our team also serves Winter Park, Windermere, Lake Mary, Winter Springs, and Dr. Phillips.
Negotiation First, Appraisal Only When Appropriate
We do not treat appraisal as a separate claim type. Appraisal is a policy clause that may be available in some cases after the adjusting process has been performed and all reasonable negotiations have been exhausted, depending on the policy language and facts of the claim.
Before appraisal is considered, the claim should be documented properly, repair estimates should be supported, the carrier position should be reviewed, and negotiation should be attempted.
