Experienced Public Adjusters · Florida claim guidance
Website Information and Terms
This website provides general information about property insurance claims and Experienced Public Adjusters, LLC. Updated November 4, 2026.
Reviewed November 4, 2026. Policy terms, loss facts and applicable requirements control.
General guidance and individual claims
Website articles explain common issues and point to relevant resources. Coverage, valuation, deadlines and repair requirements depend on the actual policy, endorsements, loss facts, dates and applicable law. A review date does not guarantee that no later development has occurred.
EPA provides licensed public-adjusting services, not legal representation. Consult an appropriate attorney for legal advice and qualified technical professionals for building, restoration, engineering or safety decisions. Do not rely on this website to postpone an emergency response, required insurer notice, reasonable mitigation or a deadline.
Inquiries and representation
Calling, emailing or submitting a form requests contact; it does not itself engage EPA, report a loss to an insurer or extend a deadline. Any public-adjusting engagement requires the appropriate separate written agreement. That agreement and applicable law govern the services, fees and responsibilities.
A free initial review is not a guarantee of coverage, representation, additional recovery or a particular outcome. Historical claim totals, recovery figures and testimonials describe past experience and do not predict an individual result.
Sources, insurers and outside websites
Links to government agencies, insurers and technical resources are provided to help visitors find relevant information. Outside providers control their own content and services. A carrier name or product reference does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement of EPA.
Policy descriptions are summaries, not substitutes for the issued contract. References to standards or building requirements do not replace the applicable publication, local authority’s determination or a qualified professional’s assessment.
Content and responsible use
EPA content and branding, and material used with permission, remain subject to their respective intellectual-property rights. Ordinary browsing, sharing a link and lawful search-engine indexing are welcome. Contact us about permission for republication or commercial reuse beyond what the law permits.
Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the website. Send accurate information that you are entitled to provide, and avoid sensitive documents in general inquiry forms.
Privacy and corrections
Our privacy policy describes website inquiries, newsletter data and third-party features. If you find an error or an outdated source, please tell us which page and what needs attention through our contact page or (888) 881-8416.
Nothing on this page replaces a signed service agreement or limits rights and obligations that applicable law does not permit to be limited.

Do not delay emergency assistance, reasonable mitigation or required notice while awaiting a consultation. Public adjusting representation requires a separate written agreement describing services and fees.
