Information you provide
Our inquiry form asks for your name, phone number, ZIP code and email address, with space for a subject and message. We use the information you submit to respond, discuss your request and determine whether our services may fit your property claim. Information submitted through the form is delivered through the website and email systems used by our team and authorized website or marketing support providers.
If you subscribe to email updates, the newsletter system stores your email address and subscription status. New subscriptions use an email-confirmation step. You can use the unsubscribe link in a newsletter or contact us for help.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking information, passwords, alarm codes or a full private claim file through a general website form. Ask us how to provide documents relevant to a claim review. Submitting an inquiry does not itself create an adjusting engagement or attorney-client relationship.
Website operation, cookies and measurement
When you visit, hosting and website services can receive technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, requested page, referral information and access time. This information supports website delivery, security, troubleshooting and measurement.
The site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement, including conversion and call-related measurement scripts. These services can process page activity, device and cookie identifiers and related technical information. The site also loads Gauges website analytics. WordPress and Jetpack/Automattic services support website operation, statistics and image delivery where enabled. See Automattic’s privacy information. Authorized administrators use login and security cookies; visitors do not need an administrator account to request a consultation.
Forms and third-party features
Google reCAPTCHA helps protect inquiry forms from automated abuse and processes browser information for that purpose. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that service.
Translation tools and any loaded map, video or other third-party feature may send the provider information about your browser and interaction. Following a link to an insurer, government agency, social network or another outside website takes you to that provider’s privacy practices. Avoid placing private claim information in public comments or social posts.
Access, service providers and records
Inquiries and related records are accessible to people and service providers involved in responding to requests, operating the website, maintaining email systems and supporting the business. Information relevant to an actual engagement may be handled in the claim process under the applicable agreement and law.
Retention depends on the record, its business purpose, claim status and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact us about a particular record or request; deletion may be limited by legal, security or claim-related obligations. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request involving personal information.
Your choices and questions
You can control or remove cookies through your browser and use the controls described by Google. Blocking features may affect forms, translation or embedded content. Newsletter opt-out is separate from browser cookie choices.
To ask about your information, request a correction or discuss deletion, call (888) 881-8416 or use our contact page with the subject “Privacy request.” Provide enough information to identify the request without including sensitive identifiers in the initial message.
