State Of Emergency Tropical Storm Eta

A hurricane watch is in effect for Southern Florida. Governor DeSantis called the State of Emergency for 8 Southern Florida Counties. Right now there are 65+ mile an hour winds and they are building as Tropical Storm Eta has passed Cuba and is on a straight path toward Florida.

You will see high force winds and wind-borne debris, damage to roofs, siding, gutters, windows, doors, stucco, wood-framed homes, fences, tree damage, trees striking homes, flying objects, and falling objects. With winds this high there is a chance for heavy flooding, and storm surge. Flood and Storm surge can do extensive damage to homes if you have flood coverage which does not come standard on regular H03 homeowner’s policies. Commercial policies as well have certain exclusions. Experienced Public Adjusters specializes in all commercial and residential property damage claims types, including wind damage, loss of rental income, business interruption, yacht damage, private jet damage, commercial jet damage, and more.

Tropical Storm Eta which started as Tropical Depression Eta and has the chance to become Hurricane Eta could do extensive damage to South Florida. Including Palm Beach County, Broward County, Miami-Dade County, Collier County, Lee County, and Monroe County with major cities being affected such as The Florida Keys, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Marco Island, Naples, Ft. Myers, and all the smaller cities in South Florida.
