While she began her journey into public adjusting in 2019 as an active employee at Experienced Public Adjusters LLC, she has since established her own company, Polites Public Adjusting, LLC, while maintaining a strong partnership with Experienced Public Adjusters, LLC.
Staci is renowned for her exceptional ability to identify, develop, and execute successful claims strategies, ensuring her clients receive fair compensation after property damage incidents. Recognized for being results-oriented and driven, Staci consistently achieves top-ranked performance in her field. Her professional background includes managing and selling Business Intelligence Software on a global level for Panorama Software, a leading analytic software company, from 2009 to 2019.
Before her role in the software industry, Staci served as a Registered Operations Manager for Ameriprise Financial, holding licenses in Health, Life & Variable Annuity, and Series 7 from 1999 to 2009. Her career commenced in 1993 as an Account Manager for a staffing agency, achieving the remarkable feat of ranking #1 in sales for three consecutive years.
In addition to her professional achievements, Staci actively engages in volunteer work at her church, participates in community projects, and enjoys gardening while raising her two children alongside her husband of 20 years.
