Holding a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, with dual majors in Management and Human Resources, Allisa is a seasoned executive whose roots are grounded in people, processes, and performance. Though she is not a licensed public adjuster, her role as COO is pivotal in ensuring the company runs like a finely tuned machine—built for precision, speed, and long-term success.
Her experience as Assistant Managing Broker for John R. Wood Properties, where she oversees 400+ agents across Collier County, mirrors the scale and complexity of her work at Experienced Public Adjusters. From onboarding systems and budget optimization to recruiting, coaching, and training elite professionals, Allisa’s leadership translates seamlessly into managing a growing public adjusting firm with national reach and localized impact.
She is known for transforming chaos into clarity.
