Allisa married David Dwyer in January and now serves as a key executive leader behind the systems, standards, and business discipline that help Experienced Public Adjusters serve Florida policyholders with new, delayed, underpaid, and denied property insurance claims.

While Allisa is not a licensed public adjuster, her leadership role is critical to the business side of the firm. She supports the systems, processes, team structure, and client experience that allow the public adjusting team to focus on documenting damage, reviewing claims, and advocating for policyholders.
Business, Real Estate, and Executive Leadership
Allisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, with dual majors in Management and Human Resources. Her background is grounded in people, processes, performance, leadership development, and organizational structure.
Her real estate career includes leadership with John R. Wood Properties, where she has advanced into a broker leadership role and was promoted to run a John R. Wood office as a Broker. That level of leadership requires the same traits she brings to Experienced Public Adjusters: accountability, communication, recruiting, training, systems management, and the ability to lead professionals in a high-performance environment.
